This Privacy Policy explains how TIANX handles personal information when you visit tianx.ch, communicate with TIANX, or enquire about digital services. TIANX is responsible for the processing described here and can be contacted at contact@tianx.ch.

Depending on your interaction, TIANX may handle enquiry information you choose to provide, technical information produced when the website is accessed, and business records needed to discuss or deliver agreed services.

TIANX does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

TIANX serves clients worldwide. Providers involved in operating the website or delivering services may process information in different countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, TIANX will use an available lawful mechanism appropriate to the circumstances.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to enquiries, provide services, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable legal obligations.
EEA and UK privacy rights

You may also have a right to complain to the supervisory authority relevant to you. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

TIANX does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising and does not currently use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger a right to limit.
Security, children, and external links
TIANX uses measures intended to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. The website is not directed to children. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
